Return & Exchange Policy

14 day refund for unused, opened items, we normally send a return label or a QR code to print in a postal shop. There may be a 'return by date' on the label, if expired you will have to pay for your own label. Returns outside of the United Kingdom are paid for by the customer. 

28 day refund for items you are unhappy with, we do not pay for the return postage.

Exchanges are possible, buyers pay return postage
